„Rosicki, Grudzinski & Co.” takes part in „The power of information in the fleet management” seminar

TRYGGMAR Ltd. has organized a seminar on power of information in the fleet management. The event took place on 14th March in Gdynia (Poland).

In each presentation the guest speakers touched upon various aspects of information as an important factor in fleet management.

The seminar was opened with the presentation of Mr Maciej Grudzinski - partner in the „Rosicki, Grudzinski & Co.” Law Firm. Maciej has explained legal consequences of poor data management and also showed some extremely interesting examples of how lack of information within the fleet can lead to accidents or affect Owners’ liability.

„Rosicki, Grudzinski & Co.” Law Firm have been invited to take part in the seminar as the co-authors of the international publication on shipping law i.e. the International Comparative Legal Guide to Shipping Law, published by Global Legal Group Ltd, London. This legal guide on shipping law is a publication involving a number of top law firms specializing in maritime law in various jurisdictions. The publishers kindly asked „Rosicki, Grudzinski & Co.” to make a contribution and provide some insight into legal aspects of shipping in Poland.
