{"id":665,"date":"2018-11-27T14:55:13","date_gmt":"2018-11-27T13:55:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rgcolegal.bblab.pl\/2018\/11\/27\/senat-przyjal-nowelizacje-ustawy-o-rybolowstwie-morskim\/"},"modified":"2020-07-03T13:48:49","modified_gmt":"2020-07-03T11:48:49","slug":"senat-przyjal-nowelizacje-ustawy-o-rybolowstwie-morskim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rgcolegal.com\/en\/2018\/11\/27\/senat-przyjal-nowelizacje-ustawy-o-rybolowstwie-morskim\/","title":{"rendered":"The Senate adopted a draft of the Sea Fisheries Act."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>On 23 November 2018 the Senate of the Republic of Poland adopted without amendment the Act of 9 November 2018 amending the Sea Fisheries Act and certain other acts.<\/p>\n<p>The amendment provides, among other things, for the establishment of a central government administration body appointed by the Prime Minister at the request of the minister in charge of fisheries and subordinate directly to this minister &#8211; the Chief Inspectorate for Sea Fisheries with its seat in S\u0142upsk in place of the currently operating three regional inspectorates: in Gdynia, S\u0142upsk and Szczecin and also 14 local branches.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the amendments is to harmonise the way in which inspections of commercial and recreational fishermen are carried out, by establishing a single body appointed to control compliance with the rules on marine fisheries and on the organisation of the fish market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\/JF\/<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 23 November 2018 the Senate of the Republic of Poland adopted without amendment the Act of 9 November 2018 amending the Sea Fisheries Act and certain other acts.
